The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship with you, as well as our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of our systems. 3. Third-Party Service Providers
To operate our website and deliver our services, we share data with the following third-party processors: • Vercel (vercel.com), our hosting provider: All website traffic, including form submissions, is processed through Vercel's infrastructure. • Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. When you submit a contact form, your name, contact details, and message are transmitted to Resend to deliver the notification to our team. • Upstash (upstash.com), our Redis database provider. Your IP address is stored temporarily in Upstash for rate-limiting purposes and is automatically deleted after 3 minutes. • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): our website includes a direct WhatsApp contact link. If you choose to use it, you are leaving our site and any information you share is governed by Meta's privacy policy. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and data protection policies. We encourage you to review them.
4. Data Retention
IP addresses collected for rate-limiting are automatically deleted from Upstash after 3 minutes. Form submission data (name, contact details, project message) is retained in our email system for as long as necessary to manage our client relationships and fulfil any ongoing service obligations, after which it is deleted.
5. Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal information we process. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and applicable international standards, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict our processing of your data; and withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
